Coastal Nest at Enclave is a newly renovated beautiful two-bedroom, two bathroom Destin condo Rental, perfect for your next beach getaway. Located in the heart of Destin, Enclave is a mid-rise condo with two towers that have beautiful views of the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Coastal Nest features private beach access, a seasonally heated pool, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. Enjoy the magical sunsets from the balcony of Coastal Nest.

The living area has a large flat-screen TV, a queen anir mattress (available upon request) and access to the furnished balcony with beach views. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware to make your favorite meals from the comfort of home.

The master bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and complimentary hair dryer, and beautiful beach views. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and views of the greater Destin area. Just steps from both the living area and the guest bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary hair dryer.

Parking for 2 vehicles

Must be 25 years or older to book this home, and be present for the duration of the stay.

Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed

Starter Kit Included: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with a limited supply of essentials to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher detergent tablets, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and bar soap in each bathroom. These items are intended as a courtesy for your arrival, so we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies based on the length of your stay.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
?This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.
?Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.?

BART was great very helpful and accommodating. The place was very nice.. The ocean was red flagged so we played at the pool which was nice.. We had a great time!! We will be back

We stayed here the week of July 4th. It was perfect for 3 adults and 1 infant. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals and the closet had beach chairs and a buggy to haul all of your things to the beach. The beach was just a short walk across the street. On the 4th we were able to see fireworks from the balcony! We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

This condo is located in the perfect area. Awesome walking paths and private entry to the beach. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Destin. Management company is very helpful. We hope to come back!

Convenient to everything

Beautiful 2 br condo and convenient to everything. Since we work remotely what better way to pass the cold New England days away. We would walk on our lunch hour and sit on the beach after work.
