Great House and Clean
by MatthewBart was a nice host. The house was really nice and clean. It was walkable to the beach. The nearby beach was not crowded. We had no issues with the house and our host. The HOA and neighbor gave us a little trouble. We didn’t know that we were not allowed to have rented golf carts on the property. Even though most houses in the neighborhood had them. So we had to get rid of them or pay a $200 HOA fee every day for every golf cart. But even after getting rid of them, we woke up to the neighbor taking pictures of our house and cars every morning. Bart was really nice about it, and gave us time to get rid of them. But the neighbor really made a huge deal over nothing.

by Jean HThe pictures don't do All Decked Out justice. This beautiful home is in a great location for restaurants, shopping with a 5-8 minute walk to the gorgeous, white beach. Our expectations were definitely exceeded!! House has everything you could need, quiet neighborhood. Even though we were next to one of the pools, we were never disturbed. Gulf Tide Destin agents were very helpful and prompt in answering any questions. We most definitely plan to return next year, if not sooner!
Home away from Home
by Jackie FroschWe stayed 2 1/2 months at All Decked Out and didn’t want to leave! It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Kitchen is very well appointed with high end appliances. All furnishings were comfortable and also high end. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The outdoor spaces were our favorite! Very quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Perfect!

by Steven HStunning, big, clean house w/beautiful trim, cabinetry, décor, details, etc. Master suite is massive w/huge walk-in closet & 2-headed stall shower. Decks all over the place including the huge porch off the dining area...enough space for 10+ with lower soft furniture and a dining room table for eating, playing cards, etc. Small fridge outside, too. The kitchen had everything you\'d need. The living area has a large TV w/ all the modern streaming services & surround sound. A natural gas grill outside (no propane tanks needed). The 3rd floor has another awesome space w/2 small beds, a wetbar, small fridge and, yet, another deck. The outdoor storage space has beach chairs, an umbrella & a blanket for beach use. A beach buggy is there to easily transport gear to the soft, white sand. The location is the best in the subdivision...right next door is the community pool. Just beyond that is the walkway to the beach. Sunsets were stunning. Bikes are included to head anywhere including Grayton Beach...a hip, quaint, artsy type place w/lots of chill cool bars & shops. This place has it all. I\'d stay here again in a heartbeat.
