Welcome to Coastal Tides @ Enclave! Our newly renovated condo and features tons of upgrades and breath-taking gulf views! The condo is located in Building A of the Enclave and has views from EVERY room! Coastal Tides is a 3 bedroom condo located in the beautiful city of Destin, FL and only a 2 minute walk to the beach!  The perfect location between Pompano Joes and The Crab Trap!

Enjoy the luxury of a fully renovated condo including brand new furniture, paint, flooring, all new bedding, appliances, TV's and decor! You will love it here! As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by a stunning open-concept floor plan and immediate Gulf views! The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Gorgeous back-splash, brand new granite counter-tops and top of the line appliances will inspire you to cook delicious meals! The dining table is perfectly placed next to the balcony so you can enjoy the views while you're eating breakfast, lunch and dinner! The living room is a guest favorite with a brand new 65" flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for the entire family! You will also enjoy the queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Make your way down the hall to the 1st guest bedroom on your right featuring a flat-screen TV and two sets of bunk-beds with brand new mattresses, sleeping 4 total. The connecting bathroom is shared with the 2nd guest bedroom, with his and her sinks and a combo shower/tub. The 2nd guest bedroom presents a 45" flat-screen TV and a brand new king sized pillow top mattress. You also have amazing views of the gulf in this 2nd guest bedroom. 

Across the hall is the master bedroom with truly luxurious updates for you to delight in. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV while you lay in the king sized bed with a 13.5" plush mattress that brings you durable comfort and temperature management.  This mattress is designed to minimize motion transfer as you settle during sleep and also helps relieve pressure points in hips, shoulders, and lower back making it great for side and back sleepers. The Surface Cool fiber and AirCool memory foam comfort layer are both designed to dissipate heat, so you won't wake up sweaty even as the mattress hugs you with cozy comfort.  You will never want to leave this bed! The connecting bathroom includes a private vanity area and a spacious walk-in closet with a separate bathroom that presents a combo shower/tub. This condo can truly accommodate everyone in your family! 

At Coastal Tides, you will have a beach cart and 4 beach chairs available to use.  This gorgeous condo features a stack-able washer/dryer in the unit for ultimate convenience. The beach access is right across the street, making your beach days a breeze! As our guest, you will also have accessibility to the community pool, the sand volleyball court and the tennis court! Many restaurants are within walking distance including The Crab Trap, Kenny D's Beach Bar and Grill and Capt Dave's on the Gulf!
