The connecting bathroom, shared with the 2nd guest bedroom, boasts his and her sinks and a combo shower/tub. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a 45" flat-screen TV and a brand new king-sized pillow-top mattress, along with stunning Gulf views.

Across the hall, the master bedroom beckons with luxurious updates. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV and a king-sized bed with a 13.5" plush mattress, designed for durability, temperature management, and minimized motion transfer. Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

?This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.

?Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

?This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.?
